we having this error when i try to select a file do add to the project:

i already try this hot fix but that don't solve

Crash when building InstallScript 2011 project using 2014 - Community (flexera.com)

This is on Windows 10 Pro 20H2 with all windows updates.

I already contact the support with other problems with license activation but this error is not fixed,
any suggestion how to fix this error?
