InstallShield 2011 Crashes Visual Studio 2008/2010

I'm currently using nstallShield 2011 (AdminStudio Edition ) with Hotfix A. Are there any know issues/workarounds for getting it to work in Visual Studio?

Every time I try to create an InstallShield project in Visual Studio I get an appcrash as soon as the project loads up in the IDE.

I saw a somewhat releated hotfix ( IsDevPgk.dll and IsExpPgk.dll version 17.0.0.715 ) but it hasn't solved my problems. I can open the solution but the moment I try to click anything project related in the solution explorer I get an APPCRASH.
