InstallShield 2008

Is there a reason that the InstallShield 2008 Professional (v 14) that we have will not look for updates on the Macrovision (or whatever) web site?

If I try to change the update setting in Options, it continually reverts to "Never".

In the meanwhile, I understand that there is a service pack 1 available, although my installation of IS 2008 is telling me nothing about it.

Why won't IS 2008 update?

I do not believe we have released a Service Pack for InstallShield 2008. There have been several hotfixes, and beta support for Visual Studio 2008, and perhaps other items like that. But no Service Packs that I'm aware of.
