InstallShield 2008 StandAlone not copying merge module

I have a merge module that builds fine in the IDE, but when I build it using StandAlone, it gets to the point where it should copy the merge module to the specified merge module output directory and it stops with ISDEV: fatal error 0:. No more information is given in the log file. The merge module is actually built in its DISK1 directory, it just doesn't get copied. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

OK, I have discovered that StandAlone is failing even before it gets to the copy to merge module part. It is failing on building the media table. Any ideas why?

I found the problem. I was setting the value of a property on the command line, but the property did not exist in the merge module's property table.

Yay! Now on to the next insurmountable problem...
