InstallSheild Will Not Install

I have downloaded InstallShield2012SPRLimitedEdition. The installation completed without errors. When I try start InstallShield I get a warning dialog that states: Invalid License data. Reinstall is required.

I reinstalled twice, but I always get the same warning. There was NEVER any opportunity to enter the serial number provided.

Should not be this difficult. What steps do I take next?

Got no help here. Also did not get any help from Flexera support.

Guess I will uninstall Installshield and consider it a failed product !!!!!
