InstallSheild Suite/Advanced UI installer EXE not executed with elevated privileges when run with Default Windows 'Administrator' User

Hello All,

I have created an InstallSheild Suite installer with "Required Execution Level" set as 'Administrator'.

The installer does not run with elevated privileges when the user executes the suite installer on "Windows 10 version 21H2".

Details:

 - Suite Installer created using InstallSheild 2020 R2

- User has logged in with the default 'Administrator' account of Windows.

Note: The issue does not occur on other Operating systems.

I am not able to find the reason behind this behavior.  I highly appreciate your support in finding out the root cause of this issue.
