InstallServices don't start from prepared script

I use Basic MSI.
I see this action in execute sequence (and log - return code 1) and I can't find this action after "Running Script:".
also StartServices

Just to verify, is the issue that you don't see InstallServices or StartServices in a log file, or that they aren't executing?

(What "script" are you referring to?)
