InstallAnyWhere Ver 4.5.3 on Windows Vista

Hi Team,

We have licensed version of InstallAnyWhere 4.5.3 and our installation kit is bundled by using this version and making executable.
We are deploying this executable on all other Windows versions except Windows Vista.

InstallanyWhere 4.5.3 is installed on Windows 2000 server and we are making our application installkit on this server only.
Installing our application by using the install kit which is bundled on Windows 2000 by using InstallanyWhere 4.5.3. This install kit is working on all the versions but Windows Vista it is giving below exception

While installing on Windows Vista we are getting below exception
"The Application has unexpectedly quit"
Invocation of this java application has caused an invocation TargetException. This application will now exit (LAX)

Other observations
1. If installation process is initiated remotely that is our application install kit is in one server and by mapping that server application installation is initiated and we are getting above exception. On click ok it quitting the installation process.

2. If installation kit is copied into local system and installation process is initiated then also we are getting the same above said exception but click ok it is displaying one more asking for reinstall using recommended setting. On click it is doing some recommended setting on Windows vista and installation process is completing successfully.
But on production we will not copy the kit to local system instead we will install remotely.
Second thing is, we would like to know the recommended setting required so that we can include those setting in the installation kit it self.

Could any one please analyze the issue and suggest us the solutions

Thanks
Laxman
