Install dll into the GAC

Hi,
How do you install a file into the GAC?
I tried LaunchAppAndWait on the gacutil but it needs to be run in a visual studio command prompt.
Anybody know how to do this?

Use the MSIAssembly and MSIAssemblyName tables
