Install Shield 2019 Express project not uninstall any files

So we were using InstallShield 10.50 Professional - AdminStudio Edition before.

Now we are using InstallShield 2019 Express Edition.

1. When i install a Setup made with the old Version and afterwards install a setup made with the newer one in exactly the same location no file at all gets removed. Any clue why nothing gets removed?

2. Also when looking into the windows uninstall configuration i don't see any of those 2 installations. So i can only uninstall by running the setup.exe....

Alright - i also happens when i don't install the InstallShield 10.50 Professional version setup....

All files remain when uninstalling the 2019 express project setup...

Sooo i foudn out that i can uninstall all files when i uninstall it via the windows system config uninstall option -> Config -> apps -> select the name of my app and uninstall. But when i use my setup.exe to uninstall all files remain....
