Install Redistributables without internet connection

How can I get install redistributables for InstallShield when my computer isn't connected to the internet? My software requires .NET 4.5 and I would like my installer to check and install this if it is not currently installed.

I am unable to update InstallShield and download the InstallShield Prerequisite as the computer is a stand alone machine and not connected to the internet. How can I do this without it?
