Implement the functionality on the Click of "Install" button of Prerequisite dialog

I need to create the runonce key when when I click on "Install" button of Prerequisite dialog as I need to restart the setup again after restart the machine.

This should be done automatically unless the prerequisite's reboot settings are inappropriate for a prerequisite that may reboot.
