ISScript.msi out of date
I have a customer who is reporting:
"In some instances where I try to install my software I will get the error message, "The InstallScript engine on this machine is older then the version required to run this setup. If available, please install the latest version of ISScript.msi." I have searched the web and found that I should check the file version of the setup.exe that we use. The file version is 14.0.0.162. ISScript.msi seems to only be available up to file version 11. With this "problem" I am unable to continue with the install for EMS, I would appreciate some assistance. Thank you."
What could be causing this and how to resolve it. Thanks

ISScript.msi is no longer necessary for installations built in InstallShield 12 and up (except perhaps for uninstalling previous packages built with older versions of InstallShield). It sounds like the diagnosis is not yet correct.
