ISEXP : error : -7141

I get the following error using Install LE

ISEXP : error : -7141: An unexpected error occurred embedding file C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield\2010LE\Support\Themes\InstallShield Blue Theme\setup.gif into D:\MailList\Install\TML-Setup\TML-Setup\Express\SingleImage\DiskImages\DISK1\setup.exe


The file setup.gif is there and appears to be a valid gif file.

1) Why am I getting this error?
2) How do I get rid of it?

Hi Bob,

Kindly ensure that there are no other applications running on your computer when you are performing the build process and installing the setup.

Kindly review the following post regarding a similar issue.The problem was resolved by turning off the Anti virus software.
