ISDEV : warning -5031: The icon for the setup.exe could not be updated

While building the project throw error: ISDEV : warning -5031: The icon for the setup.exe could not be updated. Setup.exe will use the default icon.
Due to this warning project is not building with custom icon it build with default icon.

Found this link: http://community.flexerasoftware.com/archive/index.php?t-198805.html but no attachment found which resolved the issue.

Please help me, thanks in advance.
