ISDEV : warning -5031: The icon for the setup.exe could not be updated. Setup.exe wil
I just upgraded to Installshield 2013 from Installshield Spring 2012. I now get the following error when I build my Installscript install:
ISDEV : warning -5031: The icon for the setup.exe could not be updated. Setup.exe will use the default icon.
I've attached a screen capture. Is this a bug? How do I fix this?

We confirmed it is a bug of InstallShield 2013 and I attached the InstallShield 2013 hotfix to this post. In order to apply the fix, please shut down your InstallShield 2013 IDE and copy the new Build.dll to C:\Program Files\InstallShield\2013\System folder. The work order #IOA-000079636 has also been filed to track the issue.
