ISCmdBld.exe in InstallShield 2009 Premier problem

Hi,

I'm using InstallShield 2009 Premier.
I'm compiling my setups (Basic MSI) via ISCmdBld.exe , but it get stuck on one of my setups. When i'm compile it via InstallShield application (the UI), it compiled fine.
I added -v parameter for more information but it get stuck again!

Please help me!!!

Where in the build process does it get stuck? What does the command look like?
