IS2013 Error: Rollback while creating an Web application with Basic MSI project

I am trying to create an Web application in Basic MSI project using Installshield 2013 Premier edition. On installing the application, the installation rollback while create web application.
No Error message given to the user. I have tried to see the logs but i did not find/understand the cause.

Please help me

There may be several reasons out of which
1.) check whether the name of the IIS is Correct i mean NO special Characters.
2.) if you have already created the IIS virtual directory and deleted and again created with same name or different name then check the component and delete existing and create new one with new components.
3.) check if the path given is correct.
try these and if problem exists then please attach the full log.
