IIS 6.0 Web Site Settings?
I'm using InstallShield to set up a website, assigning the applications to Default Web Site, that seems to work fine, in both IIS 6 and 7
The problem comes when I try to set the ASP.NET Version to v4.0. I've installed it on the machine, and it's selectable as an option manually on the box, but the installer can't seem to change it.
Also, I'm trying to add additional MIME type mappings, and those too, don't take. Is there some setting I'm likely missing? Is this all because I'm assigning them to Default Web Site?

I'm pretty sure it ignores any IIS sites, virtual directories, and web apps that already exist. That is, if it already exists, it doesn't change the settings.
Could someone confirm?
