I don't know how to make and run a install script. Can anybody give me an example of a simple install script ?

are you sure you are talking of install shield express 2009?
what exactly is the problem?

i would say:

1. start the software
2. create new project
3. add some files in the files view
4. build the project
5. run the installer you just build 😛
