I can't activate my new project InstallShiel2015

Good morning ;

I can't create a new InstallShiel2015 project neither activate it , what is the solution please ?

I'm having the same issue. I get a license key, but when I enter it, I get an error 20661 saying it has not been registered.

I've tried several times to no avail.

This is commonly seen if there is a typo in the serial number or if you copy and paste the serial number and a trailing space at the begining or the end of the serial number may have been introduced

"XXXXXXX-XXX-XXXXXXXXXX" and not " XXXXXXX-XXX-XXXXXXXXXX "

The serial number also does NOT contain the letter 'O', and would be the number zero '0'
