Howto handle prerequisites that spawn children apps
Hi all,
I have a prereq that I'm downloading from a third party's site that spawns a secondary process during its installation. The first process unpacks some files and the second process starts the actual installation. But, when this happens, my installer believes that the prereq failed and issues a warning. Is there any way around this?
Thanks,
Leigh

Does the prereq check for condition(s) prior to installing? Does the prereq actually install? The condition(s) still may not be met after the install and a warning is displayed saying that it may have failed. You may need to edit the prereq to correct the condition(s).
