How to modify installation dialogs in one time?

I need to modify the background pics of my installaion UI. I knew I can make the change on each dialog one by one. However, it's a time-consuming work!

Can I just modify the theme or sth like that, that's will be more effective!

Anyone has idae?

What type of project? The Project Assistant has an option for Basic MSI, for example.
