I tried the Remove="All" but that is firing on a major upgrade also and I need to perform a different action on the major upgrade as compared to when the user is actually removing the product. How do I set the conditions to do this?
You might see if the UPGRADINGPRODUCTCODE property applies to your situation. Searching these forums for that property name will turn up some examples, too.
P.S. As an aside, you'll want to mind the capitalization, too: REMOVE="ALL", and not Remove="All"...
