How to install WinHelp if target is Vista
Hello.
The online help of my Win32 app is in old WinHelp format.
Vista do not support WinHelp online help. It needs to install WinHelp component.
How to include WinHelp in my setup ?
Thanks.

Microsoft strongly advises companies to convert their .hlp help to a different format such as .chm, .htm, or .xml. The following Microsoft KB article has details:
The Windows Help (WinHlp32.exe) program is no longer included in Windows operating systems starting with Windows Vista
It also has a link to the page where users can download WinHlp32.exe for Windows Vista:
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=82148
However, I do not know if Microsoft allows people to redistribute this file or include it in their installations.

Thanks.
I knowed that WinHelp is not include in Vista. I dont know why a so small EXE can't be added to a Go OS...
The conversion of my .HLP is not correct with the MS conversion tool (the bitmaps are lost).
And the installation of Winhelp on Vista is complicate for my users.
That's why I want to include WinHelp in my setup.
Our app isn't largely distribued so the redistribution of a MS file is not à problem for us.
