How to get response from Web query(get post)
Dear all~
I'm trying to sent a username and password to a URL~(by requesting a server
Is that possible to receive the response from server by Installshield?
(I do need to get the Char or String)
If so~
How can I do it~
Thanks~

It should be possible to do this through a custom action (C/C++ DLL, InstallScript, VBScript) and set a property in the custom action with the value obtained from the query if it is needed later in the installation. A custom action of this type could probably be sequenced wherever necessary, with an in-script execution of immediate.
