How to get a licence information on installshield 2018
we have installshield 2018 that is installed on one of the machines its already licenced. our team lost some people who used have knowledge about it, since past 2 years no one used that machine and now we want to update the existing exe file but the build is failing. we have product serial number and it shows its licenced to our organization, But we dont have any login details or other details to get support from revenera. how to proceed in this scenario?
note: i tried getsupport link but its asking me to sign in and my normal account is not working.
