How to disable a feature?

I am new to installshield and I am making a setup , in this I need a feature to be disabled means user can see the feature but can not select it. kindly help me in this if its not possible then let me know.

InstallScript MSI/Basic MSI project:
Change Feature's Required property to "Yes".

InstallScript project:
Change Feature's File Need property to "Critical".
