How to disable Features in CustomSetup Dialog.

I am using Basic MSI project in Installshield 2012. By setting the Install Level value to 0 able to unselect and hide the feature in CustomSetup dialog.

Any idea how to disable the feature displayed?

Set Display settings of feature to "Not Visible".
