How to de-elevate permissions?

When the installer launches my application at the end of the installation, it runs it as an administrator. I need to run it with the normal, desktop user's level, not as an administrator. How can I do this??

If you are opening the application from desktop shotcut(Not by Installer) How it is behaving?
