How to change Component Code GUIDs in project all at once?

Is there a utility out there that will change all your component code guids all at once on a Basic MSI or InstallScript MSI project? My project has close to 200 components and would be very cumbersome to change them manually.

I wish to do this because I'm making a copy of an existing project file rather than starting one from scratch.
