how is the name of the script where containing all of dialogs in a Basic MSI installer?, the installscript msi make it alone but Basic not to do. :confused:
Dialogs in Basic MSI setups are driven from the InstallUISequence table contained in the built MSI database. Forward/backward dialog movements are controlled by NewDialog control events on the Next and Back buttons of each dialog.
I make a project "Basic MSI installer" with a modification in dialog "ReadyToInstall". I add to this dialog a "GrupBox" with 6 texts control...
One of this gets the selection of "SetupType" but always gets the value "Custom or Typical" in this language. I need to get the text exactly in RadioButton control and put this in a text control.
the second, i put [INSTALLDIR] to gets the path, and works perfecly.
And the last, i need to get the total size of feature tree selection, i see the manual and the property to use is "FeatureGetCostEx ", this is the correct property to use?
In resume, i need make a summary before installing. 😞
