How to Modify the custom Setup dialog box...Very very urgen.. please reply soon

When i select any feature fron custom setup dialog box during installation, another dialog box pops up with the options
1. This feature will be installed on your machine.
2. This feature and all its feature will be installed
3. This will be installed on local machine
4. will be installed on Network machine
5. This feature will not be installed

I just want frst and last option , so how i can modify this dialog box.
please reply soon its urgent..
