How to Diagnose Empty Folder Remaining After Uninstall

Hello,

I have a Basic MSI project that, when uninstalled, leaves two empty folders. I'm relatively new to troubleshooting this type of problem (I've reviewed the log of an uninstall, but wasn't able to see any obvious reason the folders were left) and so I would like to know if the community could provide some guidance as to how I would best troubleshoot this problem.

Were the folders created by your install or later by the application?

The folders are created by the install.
