How do you remove redistributables-entries that are no longer needed?

We have an installer package where we update the CrystalReports runtime by adding the MSM-files each year. Problem is that you cannot edit an entry once it is there, nor delete it, so every time we add the three MSMs for the latest Crystal Reports we get three new entries.
After a while this gets pretty confusing. Is there no way to delete those old entries or just update them to point to the latest MSMs? Or are we going about this the wrong way?
