How do I build msi for four VS 2012 product configurations (x64/x32, debug/release)

I have four product configurations (x64/x32, debug/release).

How do I setup InstallShield LE so that when I do a solution rebuild that builds these four configurations I also get four separate MSI files?

ISLE edition doesn't support creating 64-bit installations or multiple product configurations. While you can edit this with other tools (which we do not support), the InstallShield way of support 64-bit installations requires the Professional or Premier edition.
did you mean multiple releases when you say multiple configurations?
