How can I install a service with the start type of "Delayed Start"

How can I install a service as 'Delayed Start' with InstallShield 2014 Professional?

In the "System Configuration"->"Service" Tab, I found the ONLY 3 choice for Start Type are "Automatic", "Manual" and "Disabled". "Automatic (Delayed Start)" which can solve my problems is not available.

ps: The project type is InstallScript MSI.

Select Automatic in that setting, and then use the Configuration Type setting:
