What is the error message? Does an MSI log file tell you anything more?

Can you run the installation with logging turned on. To see how to do this look at...

http://support.installshield.com/kb/view.asp?articleid=Q104807

This should tell you what is failing during the installation, and why the failure dialog is being shown.

You do not have to rebuild your setup. Just run it with the command line options that will cause it to generate a log file. The KB article I enclosed above tells you how to do this.
