Helper.exe for .Net Framework 4

I'm looking for the right Helper.exe file to include to my .net framework 4 prerequisite editor. Any idea where I can find this?

I don't think .NET 4.0 FW needs the helper.exe to work. I believe that was just an issue with 3.5 that Aaron Stebner outlined in his blog.

Although I'm having issues getting the .NET 4.0 FW to work with IS 11.5 in a prq. It keeps hanging after installing .NET 4.0 FW and then doesn't continue the install. I think it has to do with the 3010 return code for restart..but my prq is setup correctly to handle it.

Any ideas here?

Manually adding .NET Framework prq never worked without a problem for me. I upgraded to IS2012 for some other reasons and now am using the builtin prqs. See the attached screenshot of the prq editor. It might be helpful.
