Find string in Direct Editor not highlighted

When I do a Find or Find & Replace in the tables, the found text is not highlighted and requires a manual examination of the entire window to locate. This is frustrating and time-consuming. We do have hotfix A installed. Any ideas how to remedy this problem?

In 2011 the text is highlighted but only in a very light grey which is hard to spot. I agree though, it is often hard to locate and is very annoying.
