File Association will not work
Not sure what I have done to our setup, but I cant seem to get our install to register the file extension of our custom file type with our application. I have tried removing our associations and then readd them. Is there something else I can do to fix this?
Here is what I did to add the extensions.
1) Organization->Components->AppExecutable->Files
2) Make sure the application.exe is the key file.
3)Organization->Components->AppExecutable->Advanced->File Types- >Extensions
4)Added the file Extension "XQX"
5)Built the setup and installed on a clean machine.
Observe: file.xqx is not associated with our application. (No icon and double click asks to file an application to associate with)
Expect: file.xqx be associated with our application.
Anyone have an idea as to what I am doing wrong on this?
Thanks,
Jeff

Does the installer works on the same system where you have seen this issue in Full mode?
I dont see any errors logged in the log file. Try installing using /qb mode and see if any error message pops up.
