Failing to automate MSI package builds via PowerShell

Hi,

I am trying to use InstallShield automation interface but currently I am receiving below error while adding files and folders to ISM project.
Could you please let me know the correct syntax for InstallShield v29.
Attached the PowerShell script with .txt extension.
