Fail to Uninstall??
Dear Sirs:
I created one install-package, but i encountered below condition
that i cannot solve.
I re-install OS:WinXP and it's pure platform(only device drivers). I
install my package and then un-install program by using Control Panel:
Add/Remove Program.
Both steps are all fine and now i reboot OS immediately. When I
entering WinXP, the Below Message Shows:
"Windows cannot find c:\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information\{D88A7919-C81E-4F6A-8B77-D1B2E42EE0CD}\Setup.exe. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click Search".
After encountering this condition, if i re-install my package again,
no message shows.
This condition just only encounters on pure platform and installed
at first time.
Why to happen? and how to solve it?
Please help me.
Best Regard
Thanks

After reading this again, it looks like you're encounter an issue possibly related to a file being in use when you removed the old version or the RunOnce key being populated at some point.
For more information on creating an InstallScript MSI log file, please reference this article:

Dear Sir:
My project is IS12 InstallScript to build at the beginning.
Recently i used IS2008 to open it and auto-update to IS2008.
I re-build it by IS2008, and it will show above message.
In this morning, i am back to use IS12 to re-build and it works well.
So i don't know how and why.
Thanks for your advice.
