I get a dialog (attached) at run time if I include the redistributable for DCOM95. The dialog appears twice and must be dismissed each time in order for the setup to continue. This does not happen in IS 11.5 but does happen in IS 2008.
This is annoying but not critical. I just have no explanation for this behavior. Can anyone else reproduce this? The title in the dialog is the product name.
OK, now I have resolved this. I was having trouble downloading merge modules so I copied the IS 11.5 version to IS 2008. This was a mistake. I was finally able to download the files directly from http://www.macrovision.com/downloads.htm. Now that I have the IS 2008 version of this merge module I no longer see those annoying dialogs.
