Error after uninstall and reboot

First, I install my project and it does not require reboot.
After that I uninstall it. Setup tells that computer must be restarted
and after restart I receive an error message:
"Windows cannot find "C:\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information\\setup.exe".

In my project I check BATCH_INSTALL to determine if I need to restart in OnFirstUIAfter and SdFinishEx in OnMaintUIAfter.

Do I miss something why the setup.exe file is not there?
