Error after Upgrading InstallShield 2019 R2 to InstallShield 2019 R3

Hi,

I am getting the following error after upgrading to InstallShield 2019 R3 from InstallShield 2019 R2. This is the build error from Standalone Build machine which is our production build server.

ISDEV : fatal error -7168: Cannot copy source 'E:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield\2019 SAB\Redist\Language Independent\x64\ClrWrap.dll' to target 'E:\InstallShield 2018 Projects\Samples\MESUITE\Product Configuration 1\Interm\_C6F2E30BA588722456690C1C107219A4.clr'
Product Configuration 1\Release 1 - 1 error(s), 0 warning(s)

NOTE: The file, ClrWrap.dll is existing at the path mentioned above. PLease find the screenshot attached, ClrWrap-DLL.PNG

For another another product I could make build from SAB server, but when setup.exe is launched, it disappears suddenly. ( at 'Extracting ISSetup.dll')
