Error Installing InstallShield 2008 InstallScript .NET Objects
I get the following error when trying to install the

I'm getting the same dialog, except I'm getting it when running an InstallScript installation. I usually work with MSI since it's the only one that supports Windows Mobile, but I've built InstallScript type installers before and they worked.
Not sure if it's because of the fact that the installer is 1.8GB in size, or because of a patch I recently loaded that fixes a Windows Mobile CAB signing issue, but I've built this project twice and it continues to show the dialog.
Please let me know if you find the answer and I'll do the same.

The install did not completely download. I used a different internet connection and it downloaded completely and installed correctly.
