Error 6109 within Visual Studio 2010

Installed InstallShield 2010 Limited Edition and the expansion pack for Visual Studio 2010. Followed the simple video tutorial to create an install involving 1 exe and 2 COM modules. Changed properties to register the COM modules and changed the icon for the shortcut, everything else was set to the defaults. I've used InstallShield for years, so this was all pretty easy. Unfortunately, the build failed giving error 6109. I have no clue what is wrong, nor how to get this very simple InstallShield project to build.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I looked at the document Q109435. Unfortunately, all of the projects build except the InstallShield project. We've since upgraded to InstallShield 2010 Professional. The same error happens from within Visual Studio 2010 with the full version installed.
