Error 5006: 0x800720 Installshiel ver3 ?

Hi,

I’m not sure which Version of Installshield is used for my Software but it seems to be Version 3?

The issue accurse when I tried to update my current installation of this Software.
At the moment I cannot install any Software of this Manufacturer and I also contact them.

What I tried out:
1. delete Cache and temp files
2. Uninstall the Software (even in Save Mode)
3. searched the forum to this issue
4. also deactivate Virus and Firewall Software

Could someone of you please help me?

But i have
Error 5006: 0x80070020
and your Link referred to

I´m not sure if this really the same.

Could you tell me which install shield I´m using?!

couldnt fix the issue.
Reinstall the complete laptop!
