Error 1723 when installing under Windows 2000

When I run my install under Windows 2000 it comes up with error 1723. At the end of the message it gives these details: Action SxsInstallCA, entry:CustomAction_SxsMsmInstall, library: ...\MSI... This install works fine under XP and Vista. Any idea where this is coming from?

Did you try logging the installation? That may help identify the issue.

is there any asnwer to this problem?? could the Win2k Roll Up v. 2 solve the problem?
